Are you wanting to move to Crest Ridge Estates but not 100% ready or we don’t have the right size of apartment you are wanting? We may have full occupancy, but you can sign up to be on the wait list. It is a $200 charge, when you decide you are ready to move in or your size of an apartment is available, we will refund you the $200 when you move in or if you decide that you will not be moving.
